As the holiday season quickly approaches, we at Banning Engineering would like to say thank you for being great partners and friends. We wish all of you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and it is our hope that you will have time to enjoy family and friends.
I like to remind myself what Christmas Day represents…
“And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone about them; and they were afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not; for, behold, I bring you tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace and goodwill towards men.” Luke 2:8-14
We have enjoyed a very successful 31 years due to great friends like you. It is our hope that we can continue these tremendous relationships as we look toward 2026.
As we head into the new year, Banning Engineering is entering a new chapter with Joe Miller stepping into the CEO role. Many of you have already worked closely with Joe and know the steady leadership he brings. This transition reflects the continued growth of our team and our commitment to serving you well for many years to come.
I also want to thank you for the trust and partnership you’ve shown me over the years. Leading this company has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside you in the years ahead.
