The Vincennes University Alumni Association announced Kirk Bouchie as the 2026 recipient of the Walter A. Davis Citation for Service on Friday, July 31, 2026. Established in 1952, the Davis Citation is the University’s highest non-academic honor, recognizing individuals whose leadership and dedication have made lasting contributions to Vincennes University and the community. A lifelong Vincennes resident and proud VU alumnus, Kirk has served as General Manager of Vincennes Water Utilities since 2004. Banning Engineering has had the privilege of working with Kirk on a number of initiatives over the years, and two members of our team were honored to attend the ceremony. Congratulations, Kirk, on a well-deserved honor.
