Broadband availability has become a focus of communities, with the pandemic increasing the need for quality, available broadband. The Morgan County Redevelopment Commission (RDC) partnered with the Morgan County Commissioners to investigate broadband availability and gaps in the county. Banning Engineering was asked to create a geo‐enabled survey for public input. This survey not only captures important metrics for the study, like upload/download speeds and cost of service, but also the geographic location of the survey submitter when they enter their home/work address. This will allow the RDC to quickly identify areas of need and gaps in broadband coverage. If you live in Morgan County, we need your help!
