Jeff Banning founded Banning Engineering in 1994 to create an organization that values quality client service for a fair price and a commitment to the communities we serve and reside in, all while providing a work environment and culture that would attract employees that mirror his values.
We at Banning Engineering are proud to announce that we have made another step in that direction. As of June 1st, Banning Engineering became a 100% ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company. We are excited to make this change to ensure we remain a local business, committed to our clients and providing additional value to our employees. Jeff will remain CEO, and our organizational structure will remain unchanged.
