This week, to celebrate 1 Year as an ESOP, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. A few employees even ate special ESOP pancakes (thanks, Mark and Lance). It was a great morning celebrating the hard work we’ve put in as a team over the last year.
During the morning, we also received our ESOP shares. It’s been an excellent first year for our employee-owned company, and as Brian Eagle, our ESOP Trustee, said, the power of one is tremendous! We look forward to multiple years of growth and hard work together as one!
