Joe Miller is responsible for providing engineering and project management through planning, directing, and coordinating project activities. He ensures that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frames and contract parameters. Joe specializes in hydraulics and hydrology engineering on large and small scales.  He is proficient in the numerous permitting requirements and on projects within and near waterways.  Joe has expanded his expertise into local transportation and project funding mechanisms as well.  Joe was able to secure a first-of-its-kind in the nation loan through USDA Rural Development for critical municipal infrastructure.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is an active member in the Indiana Association for Floodplain & Stormwater Management and the Association of State Floodplain Managers.
