As the Vice President of Operations, Jeff guides the strategic direction of the firm and assists with the day to day operations of the professional services team of Banning Engineering. With 40 of experience, Mr. Henson brings with him a wide breadth of operational expertise and experience working with Indiana communities and water utilities. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society, American Water Works Association (including a past role as member of Water Utility Council), and Aim (formerly Indiana Association of Cities and Towns). He is a past member and board member of the Indiana Standardbred Association. He was appointed by Gov. O’Bannon to the Indiana Standardbred Advisory Board where he served for 6 years, most of that time as Chairman, and he was the Past Director of Harness Racing at the Indiana State Fair. Jeff enjoys travel, riding his bike around downtown Indianapolis, and most importantly, spending time with his four grandkids.
