Jeff Banning founded Banning Engineering in 1994 and has served as president since the organization’s inception. He is responsible for the leadership and guidance of the team members, business development, client development, project management, including contract preparation to project close-out and overseeing the financial and business operations.

Jeff is involved in a variety of organizations and holds many leadership positions such as Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership Board of Directors, the Park Foundation of Hendricks County Board, and the Citizens Bank Board of Directors. Jeff is also an active member of the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Association of County Commissioners, Aim, Avon Chamber of Commerce, Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, Plainfield Christian Church, and Morgan County EDC. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville.
