The Banning team had a fantastic time at this year’s AIM Ideas Summit. We enjoyed traveling to Fort Wayne and, for many of our team members, experiencing the conference at a new location, the Grand Wayne Center. We were very impressed with Fort Wayne’s conference center and the service we received at the Hilton Fort Wayne; plus, we enjoyed exploring the downtown area and restaurants. Shout out to the AIM team for pulling together yet another excellent conference.
Each year, we host breakfast for our Banning clients and participate in the exhibit hall. It was great seeing clients, partners, and friends from around the state while networking and introducing ourselves to many new communities. At our breakfast, we find so much benefit in taking time to sit and chat with the communities we serve. Our team agreed this year’s breakfast was among the best attended in many years. To those who joined us—thank you for taking the time to attend. We always enjoy hearing about the exciting things happening around the state.
We are excited to announce that Mark Butler, our VP of GIS and Transportation Services, has become the next Corporate Partner Advisory Council (CPAC) President. CPAC collaborates with other exhibit hall vendors at each conference to host a fantastic event for the municipal attendees. The 2024 AIM Vendor Event was hosted at the Parkview Baseball Field with food, cornhole, batting cages, and karaoke. Thanks to the many companies who came together to make this a success for all those who attended. It was a fun evening, and we appreciate our municipal friends joining all of us!
If you are interested in learning more about AIM and the Ideas Summit, I encourage you to check out the AIM website and consider attending the conference in the future. For both vendors and municipalities, it’s a wonderful place to network and glean important info on how to better serve the communities we live and work in each day.
