County Road 675 E Reconstruction

The Plainfield community is top on the list of desirable places to live for Indianapolis suburban families.  DR Horton, a locally based home builder, constructed the Bridlewood residential development south of Hadley Road along County Road 675 E.   Originally planned for a simple shoulder widening, the Town decided the roadway needed to be reconstructed to a town standard 40’ roadway section.  Banning was chosen for the project.  Unique aspects included acquiring property from adjacent landowners to obtain the right-of-way.  Also included a challenging 3-sided box culvert design with a shallow sanitary sewer crossing on the west side.  Banning provided designs to meet Town standards while coordinating with active developer construction to find the best solutions for all parties.
