Avon Logistics

The Avon Logistics Center is a 330 acre industrial warehouse development located on the north side of County Road 100 South and generally between Dan Jones Road and Ronald Reagan Parkway in Avon, Indiana. Being the first major large scale industrial development in Avon, the development boasts the possibility of up to 14 building sites and over 5.7 million square feet of warehouse space. Services provided for the project included survey, geotechnical, environmental, water resource delineation and permitting, preliminary roadway and site layout, and finally PUD zoning services which received approval in December of 2020.  As the start of the industrial logistics use in Avon ramps up, this project will provide the community additional jobs and improve the community’s tax base.
